Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Clear All Data. This permanently removes everything from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, the deletion propagates to iCloud too.
How does iCloud sync work?
If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your workout data syncs to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. Simple Apps Pty Ltd has no access to your iCloud data at any time. You can disable sync at any time in Settings.
I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I recover it?
If iCloud sync was enabled before you deleted the app, your data will restore automatically after reinstalling and signing in. If iCloud sync was not enabled, data stored locally on your device cannot be recovered after deletion.
How do I use Personal Trainer Mode?
Go to Settings and enable Personal Training Mode. Once enabled, you can add clients under Manage Coachees. Switch between profiles using the profile selector on the Log screen.
Can I use the app without signing in?
Sign in with Apple is required to use the app. It provides a secure, private way to identify your account without sharing personal information.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export Data. This generates a CSV file you can save or share.
The app isn't syncing between my devices. What do I do?
Make sure iCloud sync is enabled in Settings and that you are signed into the same Apple ID on both devices. An app restart may be required after enabling sync for the first time.
