Agreement

By downloading or using Simple Gym Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

Simple Apps Pty Ltd grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Simple Gym Tracker on any Apple device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

One-Time Purchase

Simple Gym Tracker is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All future updates to the app are included at no additional cost. No subscription is required.

All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund policies. Simple Apps Pty Ltd does not process payments directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simple Gym Tracker only for its intended purpose — tracking your personal workouts and, if applicable, managing training data for clients with their consent. You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Personal Trainer Mode

If you use Personal Trainer Mode to log data for clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have obtained appropriate consent from those clients before entering their data into the app. Simple Apps Pty Ltd accepts no liability for how you manage client data.

No Warranty

Simple Gym Tracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Simple Gym Tracker is owned by Simple Apps Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the licence described above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
